Rustam Muharamov began his real estate career in 2013 at just 17 years old. He started in the residential sector, where he spent his first five years sourcing investment opportunities, working as a licensed realtor, representing investors, managing flips, and buying and selling rental properties. That early foundation gave him a strong understanding of the full life cycle of a deal, from acquisition and repositioning to disposition.

In 2018, Rustam transitioned into commercial real estate and built his business as both an investor and broker, with a focus on value-add acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization. His first commercial transaction generated a $450,000 profit in just six months from acquisition to sale, setting the tone for the results-driven approach that continues to define his work.

During his first five years in commercial real estate, Rustam facilitated more than $85 million in transaction volume across more than 50 completed deals. Throughout that time, his focus has remained consistent: helping clients and investment partners achieve measurable financial results through data-driven strategy and disciplined execution.

Today, Rustam oversees multiple commercial real estate projects ranging from $2 million to $15 million, with direct involvement in acquisitions, asset management, leasing, construction oversight, and strategic growth. Having worked from nearly every side of a transaction—as a buyer, seller, tenant representative, investor, and end user—he brings a practical, well-rounded perspective to structuring and executing deals.

His experience spans investment sales, industrial, retail, specialty, multifamily, and residential real estate. In addition to brokerage, he has managed construction projects ranging from smaller value-add renovations to projects with budgets of up to $2 million, handled leasing and property management, sourced off-market opportunities, negotiated directly with motivated sellers, and helped stabilize underperforming assets through repositioning, lease-up, and operational improvements.

That hands-on, ownership-minded approach has helped generate more than $10 million in direct profit for his investors.
